(16) Install planetary gear (20) in swing drive (21).
(17) Install sun gear (22) in planetary gear (20).
(18) Install spacer (23), race (24), bearing (25), and race (24)
on sun gear (22).
(19) Install oil seal (26) in end cover (27).
(20) Install preformed packing (28) and shim (29) on end
cover (27).
WARNING
Adhesive sealant MIL-S-46163 can damage
your eyes. Wear safety goggles/glasses
when using; avoid contact with eyes. If
sealant contacts eyes, flush eyes with
water
and
get
immediate
medical
attention. Failure to comply may result in
injury to personnel.
(21) Apply sealing compound to threads of 16 screws (30).
(22) Position end cover (27) on swing drive (21) with 16
lockwashers (31) and screws (30).
NOTE
Use a crisscross pattern to tighten screws.
(23) Tighten screws (30) to 35 lb-ft (47 N·m).
