(30) Install seven springs (44) in piston (43).
(31) Install piston (43) in cylinder housing (45).
(32) Install preformed packing (46) on 90-degree fitting (47).
(33) Install 90-degree fitting (47) in cylinder housing (45).
(34) Install cylinder housing (45) on end cover (27) with
match marks aligned.
WARNING
Adhesive sealant MIL-S-46163 can damage
your eyes.
Wear safety goggles/glasses
when using; avoid contact with eyes.
If
sealant contacts eyes, flush eyes with water
and get immediate medical attention. Failure
to comply may result in injury to personnel.
(35) Apply sealing compound to threads of four screws (48).
(36) Position two drive stops (49), four washers (50), and
screws (48) in cylinder housing (45).
(37) Install hydraulic hose (51) on 90-degree fitting (47).
(38) Tighten screws (48) to 35 lb-ft (47 N·m).
