16-36. M1089 BOOM BASE SECTION REPLACEMENT (CONT)
(15) Position two rivet eyebolts (18) in pivot shaft (15).
(16) Apply sealing compound to threads of two screws (19).
(17) Position two bushings (20), washers (21), and screws
(19) in rivet eyebolts (18).
(18) Tighten screws (19) to 240-260 lb-ft (325-353 N·m).
d. Follow-On Maintenance.
(1) Install hoist tubing and hoses (TM 9-2320-366-20-5).
(2) Install tension load cell (para 16-46).
(3) Install hoist assembly (para 16-43).
(4) Install hoist proximity switch (para 16-45).
(5) Install overload shutdown (para 16-52).
(6) Install boom mid section and telescopic cylinder (para
16-35).
(7) Install boom fly section (para 16-34).
(8) Lubricate MHC (TM 9-2320-366-20).
(9) Perform crane load test (para 16-62).
