TM 9-2320-366-34-3(9) Position four screws (11), eight washers (12), and fournuts (13) on 30K winch assembly (2).(10) Tighten four nuts (13) to 76-84 lb-ft (103-114 N·m).(11) Position valve manifold assembly (14) on 30K winchassembly (2) with two washers (15), screws (16), andnuts (17).(12) Tighten two nuts (17) to 12-24 lb-in. (1-3 N·m).(13) Connect air hose (18) to valve manifold assembly (14).(14) Position terminal board (19) on 30K winch assembly (2)with two washers (20), screws (21), and nuts (22).(15) Tighten two nuts (22) to 12-24 lb-in. (1-3 N·m).NOTEInstall plastic cable ties as required.(16) Route remote control harness (23) through 30K winchassembly (2).(17) Position cable harness (24) by terminal board (19).NOTETerminal board uses friction type connections.Screws are not removed.(18) Install 10 wires (25) to top of terminal board (19).16-371
