2).
Engine shut down (TM 9-2320-366-10-1).
Tools and Special Tools

Wrench, Torque, 0-600 lb-ft (Item 97, Appendix B)
Tools and Special Tools (Cont)
Wrench Set, Socket (Item 84, Appendix B)
Materials/Parts
Sealing Compound (Item 76, Appendix C)

a. Removal.
NOTE
Left and right side tension link cylinders are
removed the same way. Right side shown.
(1) Remove two screws (1), washers (2), and bushings (3)
from rivet eyebolts (4).
(2) Remove two rivet eyebolts (4) from pivot shaft (5).
NOTE
·
Steps (3) through (9) require the aid of an
assistant.

Drive out pivot shaft far enough to free
tension link cylinder.
(3) Drive pivot shaft (5) out of tension link cylinder (6).
(4) Position tension link cylinder (6) on tool box (7).
