(5) Remove two screws (8), washers (9), and bushings (10)
from rivet eyebolts (11).
(6) Remove two rivet eyebolts (11) from pivot shaft (12).
WARNING
Tension link cylinder weighs approximately
60 lbs (27 kgs). Attach suitable lifting device
prior to removal. Failure to comply may
result in injury to personnel or damage to
equipment.
NOTE
Drive out pivot shaft far enough to free
tension link cylinder.
(7) Drive pivot shaft (12) out of tension link cylinder (6).
(8) Remove tension link cylinder (6) from turntable (13).
(9) Remove four grease fittings (14) from tension link
cylinder (6).
(10) Perform steps (1) through (9) on left side tension link
cylinder (6).
b. Installation.
NOTE
Left and right side tension link cylinders are
installed the same way. Right side shown.
(1) Install four grease fittings (1) in tension link cylinder (2).
