(13) Install preformed packings (17 and 18) on fitting (19).
(14) Install fitting (19) in counterbalance valve (16).
(15) Connect hose (20) to fitting (19).
(16) Install preformed packings (21 and 22) on two 90-degree
fittings (23).
(17) Install 90-degree fittings (23) in counterbalance valve
(16).
(18) Connect two hoses (24) to 90-degree fittings (23).
(19) Install preformed packings (25 and 26) on 90-degree
fitting (27).
(20) Install 90-degree fitting (27) on counterbalance valve
(16).
(21) Connect hose (28) to 90-degree fitting (27).
