16-3. M1084/M1086 BOOM ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (CONT)
(10) Remove screw (14), washer (15), and bushing (16) from
rivet eyebolt (17).
(11) Remove rivet eyebolt (17) from pivot shaft (18).
(12) Remove pivot shaft (18) from RH lift cylinder (19).
(13) Position RH lift cylinder (19) against cargo bed rear
panel (13).
(14) Remove screw (20), washer (21), and bushing (22) from
rivet eyebolt (23).
(15) Remove rivet eyebolt (23) from pivot shaft (24).
WARNING
Drive pivot shaft far enough to release
tension link cylinder. Failure to comply may
result in injury to personnel or damage to
equipment.
NOTE
Steps (16) through (21) require the aid of
assistant.
(16) Drive pivot shaft (24) from tension link cylinder (25).
