15-9. CARGO BED REPLACEMENT (CONT)
NOTE
• Left and right side of cargo bed is installed the
same way. Left side shown.
• Steps (2) and (3) require the aid of an assistant.
(2) Position 10 bolts (2) and self-locking nuts (3) in cargo
bed (1).
(3) Tighten 10 bolts (2) to 77-92 lb-ft (105-125 N·m).
(4) Perform steps (2) and (3) on right side of cargo bed.
NOTE
Left and right braces are installed the same
way. Left side brace shown.
(4.1) Position screw (3.1) and self-locking nut (3.2) in bracket
(3.3) and cargo bed (1).
(4.2) Tighten screw (3.1) to 46 lb-ft (64 N·m).
(4.3) Perform steps (4.1) and (4.2) on right side brace.
(5) Install four stake posts (4) in cargo bed (1).
