a. Rear Axle Shock Absorber Front Bracket Removal.
NOTE
Left and right side rear axle shock absorber
front brackets are removed the same way.
Right side shown.
Perform step (1) on vehicle serial numbers 0001
through 1398 and 2988 and higher serial
numbers.
(1) Remove self-locking nut (1), bolt (2), and washer (3)
from rear axle shock absorber (4). Discard self-locking
nut.
