WARNING
Hoist assembly weighs approximately 210
lbs (95 kgs). Attach suitable lifting device
prior to removal. Failure to comply may
result in injury to personnel or damage to
equipment.
NOTE
Steps (11) through (13) require the aid of an
assistant.
(11) Lift up on hoist assembly (4).
(12) Remove swivel nut (17) from front of tension load cell
(12).
(13) Remove hoist assembly (4) from tension load cell (12).
(14) Remove self-locking nut (18), screw (19), and clamp (20)
from shaft (21). Discard self-locking nut.
NOTE
Step (15) requires the aid of an assistant.
(15) Remove shaft (21) and hoist assembly (4) from boom
brace (15).
