16-17. M1084/M1086 HYDRAULIC MOTOR CONTROL VALVE REPLACEMENT (CONT)
(4) Remove two preformed packings (9) from hydraulic
motor control valve (7). Discard preformed packings.
(5) Remove two fittings (2) from hydraulic motor control
valve (7).
(6) Remove two preformed packings (10) and preformed
packings (11) from fittings (2).
Discard preformed
packings.
(7) Remove 45-degree fitting (4) from hydraulic motor
control valve (7).
(8) Remove preformed packings (12 and 13) from 45-degree
fitting (4). Discard preformed packings.
b. Installation.
(1) Install preformed packings (1 and 2) on 45-degree fitting
(3).
(2) Install two preformed packings (4) and preformed
packings (5) on fittings (6).
(3) Install 45-degree fitting (3) and two fittings (6) in
hydraulic motor control valve (7).
(4) Install two preformed packings (8) on hydraulic motor
control valve (7).
(5) Install hydraulic motor control valve (7) on hydraulic
motor (9) with four lockwashers (10) and screws (11).
(6) Connect hose (12) to 45-degree fitting (3).
(7) Connect two hoses (13) to fittings (6).
