17-3. M1090/M1094 FOUR-WAY RELIEF VALVE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)
j. Counterbalance Valve Adjustment.
(1) Raise dump body to maintenance position (TM 9-2320-
366-10-1).
(2) Loosen lock nut (1) on counterbalance valve adjusting
screw (2).
(3) Turn counterbalance valve adjusting screw (2) clockwise
until it bottoms out.
WARNING
Two four-way relief valves are in use (P/N
HFC32585 and P/N 6E150110).
Ensure
correct adjustment procedure is in use for
the correct relief valve. Failure to comply
may result in injury to personnel or
damage to equipment.
NOTE
• Steps (4) and (5) establish initial settings.
• Perform step (4) on four-way relief valve P/N
HFC32585.
(4) Turn
