NOTE
Step (7) requires the aid of two assistant.
(7) Remove four bolts (16), lockwashers (17) and valve
manifold assembly (7) from crane control panel (5).
Discard lockwashers.
b. Disassembly.
NOTE
All pilot valve bodies are disassembled the
same way. Lift Control pilot valve body
shown.
(1) Remove four bolts (1) and pilot valve body (2) from valve
body (3).
(2) Remove three preformed packings (4), preformed
packing (5), and seal plate (6) from pilot valve body (2).
Discard preformed packings.
(3) Loosen eight screws (7) on two solenoids (8).
(4) Remove two solenoids (8) from pilot valve body (2).
(5) Remove two preformed packings (9) and spool (10) from
pilot valve body (2).
