13-23. FRONT LIFTING BRACKET REPLACEMENT (CONT)
WARNING
Wear appropriate eye protection when
working under vehicle due to the
possibility of falling debris. Failure to
comply may result in injury to personnel.
(2) Remove four self-locking nuts (4), bolts (5), and lower
front lifting bracket support crossmember (6) from front
lifting bracket (3). Discard self-locking nuts.
CAUTION
When removing bolts, continuous removal of
collar is mandatory. Failure to comply will
result in seizing of collar to bolt.
(3) Remove six collars (7) and bolts (8) from front lifting
bracket (3). Discard collars and bolts.
