(1) Check piston rod end of each telescopic
lift cylinder for leaks and damage. Replace
telescopic lift cylinder.
(2) If a cylinder is leaking, it is faulty.
(3) If cylinders are ok, telescopic lift
counterbalance valve(s) is
faulty. Replace telescopic lift
counterbalance valve.
(4) Remove drain pan from under vehicle.
